Prompt Settlement & Conveyancing Services is your local choice in the Wheatbelt and surrounding area for settlement services. The company is owned and operated by Leanne Phoebe, who has been actively working in the settlement industry for 25 years.
Leanne has extensive local knowledge of all facets of residential, commercial and farming property transaction. She started her career in conveyancing in 1999. Since then she has worked at various boutique settlement agencies, law firms and in one of the largest settlement firms south of the river.
After operating her own conveyancing business for 8 years, Leanne purchased the business Prompt Settlements from Harry Formby in 2024. The business is operated from our convenient location at 215 Fitzgerald Street Northam has staff available Monday through Thursday to see you face to face to talk about your settlement needs.
Our friendly staff Kacy Mazzini and Lisa Slater with more than a combined 40 years’ experience in real estate transactions are ready to assist you with your next property transaction.
