When buying or selling property in Western Australia your identity must be verified.
This can be done by attending our office and providing suitable identity documents, for example an Australian drivers licence and current Passport.

In the event you are unable to attend our office and have misplaced the Verification of Identity document forwarded to you in our initial correspondence, please print the following Prompt Settlements Verification of Identity form and take it to an Australia Post branch with your identity documents noted thereon and the prescribed fee. This will then be forwarded to our office electronically.
